Job Overview: As a Sourcing Specialist for our Physician Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier physician candidates to join our healthcare organizations in Syracuse and Albany Capital Region Areas. Your primary objective will be to source qualified candidates through various channels, build talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with our physician recruitment team to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract physician candidates, utilizing a variety of tools and platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

  2. Candidate Identification: Proactively identify and assess potential candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and evaluating qualifications to ensure alignment with our organization's needs.

  3. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified physician candidates for current and future recruitment needs, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.

  4. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with candidates, healthcare institutions, physician networks, and industry contacts to expand our talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the physician recruitment team to understand staffing requirements, prioritize open positions, and provide timely updates on candidate sourcing progress.

  6. Data Analysis: Track sourcing metrics, analyze recruitment data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a sourcing specialist, recruiter, or talent acquisition professional, preferably within the healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of physician recruitment processes, terminology, and best practices.

• Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track metrics, and generate meaningful insights.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Pay range: $28.55-$41.40

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
