Position Summary
The Senior Salesforce Technical Analyst plays a pivotal role in leveraging Salesforce to drive business success by optimizing system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating informed decision-making. This position is responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce modules, conducting data analysis, and providing comprehensive user support and training. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and implementing solutions to streamline processes. The Senior Salesforce Technical Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and coordinates release management activities. They are a key liaison between technical teams and end-users, ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator and AI Certification(s) or equivalent AI experience
Experience with CLM software
1-3 years years relevant experience that includes: problem solving, critical thinking and creative solutions.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including Salesforce Lightning, Workbench, SOQL and Conga CLM
Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data integrity maintenance within the Salesforce platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement enhancements effectively. Strong Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, provide user support, and create comprehensive documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and end-users, to understand business requirements and drive successful outcomes
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements, including willingness to take on additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers
Process Flow Diagram experience
Preferred Qualifications
Agile Project Management experience
Project management certification
Experience with custom coding in Salesforce Platform
Experience with Migration of databases
Experience with WalkMe
Education
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
Other Certification(s): Salesforce Administrator
AI Certification(s) or equivalent AI experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
