NYS Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department Senior Appellate Court Attorney in Albany, New York
This position is assigned to the Court's Law Research Department. Duties include but are not limited to: researchingand analyzing legal issues and questions presented in pending matters before the court, preparing preliminary reports, memoranda,and other written work product for the court, checking accuracy of style citation, and performing other related duties as directed bythe Chief Appellate Court Attorney and Clerk of the Court.
Minimum Salary: 107629.00 Maximum Salary: 141299.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
