CTG Parts and Maintenance Logistics Specialist in Albany, New York
CTG is seeking to fill a Parts and Maintenance Logistics Specialist opening for our client in Albany, NY.
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
Place orders with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels for semiconductor equipment.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, resolve shipping and invoice issues, and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain accurate records of orders placed.
Communicate across multiple teams, including procurement, suppliers, and tool owners.
Support the maintenance team by ensuring inventory readiness to meet fab operational goals.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a collaborative environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized, analytical, and a critical-thinking problem solver.
Self-motivated and hardworking with a proactive approach.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work on-site.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in parts and maintenance logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and manufacturing environments is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Additional Desired Skills:
Strong ability to communicate electronically and verbally with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
SAP experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
