DePaula Chevrolet, Inc Call Center Rep - Automotive Sales Appointment Coordinator in Albany, New York

DePaula Chevrolet is looking for ambitious, outgoing professionals to schedule appointments for our sales department. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm to provide our customers with outstanding service. This is a full time position that involves scheduling appointments by phone and email.

Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries
Make outbound calls to inform customers of vehicle upgrade options
Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment
Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have a good phone presence
Ability to learn new software
Excellent attendance and punctuality
