Philips Product Industrialization Engineer in Alajuela, Costa Rica
Product Industrialization Engineer
Leads the development and release of Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment for NPI projects, both outsourced and in-house. Can also lead Manufacturing process development activities in Advanced Development projects.
Responsibilities
Part of initial phase of manufacturing technology development projects
Executes Manufacturing technology development projects
Implements new technologies in factories
Initiates and executes major productivity improvement projects linked to Manufacturingprocesses and equipment
Provides expert support to problem solving related to Manufacturing processes and Equipment
Initiates and leads Manufacturing technology mentoring
Develop tactical / strategic improvement opportunities and best-practices for BG
Business processes (expert)
Lead cross functional team for project execution.
Focus his priorities and help other based on business requirements.
Work as a mentor for his teammates.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in engineering field
Advance English skills written and spoken.
5 years of experience
Proven experience in manufacturing process sustaining.
Proven knowledge on Quality - Regulatory tasks such as NCRs, CAPAS, Audits.
Administrative Shift
Preferences
Master degree in engineering - administration field
