Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a IT Sales Enablement Project Analyst to join our team located in Shockwave Medical Costa Rica.
Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.
The IT Sales Enablement Project Analyst will assist in the triage, prioritization, organization and communication of all day-to-day functions of the Sales Enablement team. The role will play a pivotal role in improving customer support processes.
This role will work closely with Commercial Operations, Functional Leaders, global organizational units, and subject matter experts to prioritize new business processes in Sale and Service Clouds. This role will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day triage of support tickets.
Essential Job Functions
Administrator for all accounts/territories/system up time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, business analysts, developers and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project/enhancement delivery.
Analyze business requests and triage appropriately.
Document technical designs, development activities, and configuration changes.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Manage external consultants when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience working in an IT environment & Customer Facing Role
Advanced English
Management in Information Systems experience
Experience in working with Salesforce
Experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment
Exposure to Reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Continuous Improvement mindset with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
