Position Description:
For this part-time position, you will organize and maintain all income and expenses for this company through QuickBooks (beginner training available), including but not limited to customer accounts, paying monthly / quarterly / and yearly taxes, payroll, and company supplies.
You will communicate with customers and create invoices for current weekly orders. In doing so, you will also project future adjustments for planting and growing the product.
You will take occasional inventory to make sure the warehouse stays stocked.
In order to help manage present and future employees and anticipate their needs as well as the company's as a whole, it is necessary to understand and if need be execute any step of our growing process. Therefore, you will also be partially trained as a grower / driver.
