[**[Computer Systems Analyst (Addison, TX) - Full Time [[Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze or recommend commercially available software. Keep track and reporting KPIs such as FTR, Velocity, Ontime Delivery, Every Sprint. Work closely with Product owners and client to keep the goals of the company on track. Collect information with personnel of organizational units involve analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed database systems needs. Research with users to identify database problems, input and output requirements and formats for reports. Directs the memorialization of detail description of user needs, application functions and steps required to develop or modify databases. Conduct studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs. Look for Best Practices with the company managers. Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise. Oversee systems after implementation making upgrades and correcting errors as necessary.
