ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Addison, Texas

Our client in Dallas/Addison is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Workplace Services department supporting various team members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Addison, TX

Pay Range: $18.00

What's the Job?

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the reception desk.

  • Answer reception phone calls and respond to inquiries from team members.

  • Activate guest badges and create name tags for new hires.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed within the office environment.

  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

What's Needed?

  • A high school diploma is required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.

  • Willingness to work from 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
