Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Pennington, NJ 08534 (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Assignment Type: 12-month Temp to Hire

Shift: Training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (5–7 weeks); Regular schedule shared post-training

About the Role:

Join one of the largest financial institutions in the world and help improve the financial lives of customers by delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be the voice of Wealth Management, assisting clients and internal partners with banking or brokerage inquiries, credit/debit cards, and small business accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, professional, and complete responses to client inquiries

  • Authenticate clients and follow compliance procedures

  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve issues efficiently

  • Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of high-volume call center experience

  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills

  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Positive, coachable, and client-focused mindset

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
