-Malor in computer science, statistics, Business or other related Engineering field, 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business analysis, marketing insight or consulting position. Advanced working knowledge of data retrieving and processing using SOL, ETL and data warehouse

-Demonstrated experience in preparing and executing presentations of technical and business level data.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is required.

-Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses, presenting both over Proven track record of successful internal and exteral relationship management.

-Demonstrated ability to explore the new business opportunities and consistently deliver on business revenue goals

-Experience working with China-based brands.

-Strong team player and contributor.

-Strong analytical abilities

-Professional experience in Industry with sales/business development, account management or consulting is preferred.

Key job responsibilities

-Have the ownership of end to-end data analytics, including data retrieving, modeling, analysis and reporting to measure business operation, discover business insights and support strategic decision making.

-Work with business peer to understand business requirement and solve it with data solution, build up reporting tool and process to improve team's productivity and working efficiency.

-Deliver the revenue goals through exploring the new, business opportunities through identifying and creating new relationshins with advertisers

-Understand Amazon's search and display advertising tools to help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for advertisers.

-Understand and learn about the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings.

-Deliver the highest level of educational and consultant services to China-based brands and advertisers

-Help advertisers see how to best utilize Amazon's ad tools in order to better build their business.

-Coordinate campaign setup with the global advertising team.

-Dive deep on campaign performance reports and work with advertising teams around the globe to enable optimal perormance to advertisers in each local.

-Use CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and business progress.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
