Amazon Selection Growth Manager, Fashion Marketplace in 27, Japan
Description
Amazon Marketplace Fashion is looking for a Selection Growth Manager to drive initiatives that will bring the widest range of Fashion products to delight Customers in Japan.
In this role, you will define the most relevant Fashion products to bring to Amazon and identify how to help them succeed. You will work closely with account management, product management, marketing, and operations teams to enable Sellers to offer their full selection at Amazon and make it discoverable to Customers.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth, and be able to earn trust and influence other teams.
Key job responsibilities
· Identify growth opportunities at product category, sales team, or brand level leveraging internal and external data sources.
· Define relevant metrics and create reporting tools to track selection.
· Work with account management teams to uncover Seller pain points and opportunities to drive selection.
· Create mechanisms to drive execution of selection initiatives and ensure delivery against plan.

Osaka, 27, JPN | Tokyo, 13, JPN
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Fluent in Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
