Amazon Sr Account Manager, AB 3P FBA in 13, Japan

Entering the business to business (B2B) market is one of Amazon’s most exciting growth opportunities. Since its launch in 2015, Amazon Business (AB) already has more than 5 million customers. AB is recognized as one of the key focus areas for Amazon and listed in bucket list of priorities of WW Store CEO as - “Keep Amazon Business on its high-growth/high-profit path” in his new year email addressed to WW stores organization.

We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager for leading B2B FBA. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is an Amazon service for third-party sellers – enabling them to provide fast and efficient delivery to their customers. FBA enables Selling Partners to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns and customer service to Amazon, utilizing the capabilities that Amazon has built over the last 25+ years. This frees them to concentrate on what they do best – finding and developing new products and marketing them to potential customers.

The candidate should be able to manage ambiguity and demonstrates high judgement. Successful candidates will have tremendous bias for action, excellent problem-solving abilities and the creativity to spot and action new opportunities. The candidate will need to prioritize effectively across multiple areas, communicate clearly across all levels and have a proven track record of building successful partnerships, influencing and delivering in a matrixed organization.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop FBA fee framework for B2B Sellers by partnering with WW AB stakeholders.

• Find opportunities to grow, scale, and improve existing FBA programs, launch new products, and successfully measure outcomes

• Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners

• Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals

• Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives

• Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar
