Cargill Non-Food Sales Assistant Manager in Saraburi, Thailand

Job Purpose and Impact

The Miscellaneous Sales Assistant Manager will help sell a portfolio of the company's technical and nontechnical products, services (fixed asset or general asset) and solutions directly to current and new customers. In this role, you will proactively build knowledge of the business, financials, products and services, the market or account needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Inform customers of our new products, services and prices.

  • With general supervision, build, monitor and revise lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.

  • Help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.

  • Support development and delivery of sales bids, proposals and presentations and help conduct product demonstrations.

  • Help execute medium to long term sales plans, supporting strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Visit customer on occasion or business need.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and preferable who has engineering/ Technical background.

  • Minimum of two but not over than five years of related work experience such as sale write-off machine or any fixed asset of Cargill Meats & Agriculture business also.

  • Very good negotiation and communication with stakeholder both in house and out site

  • Good service mind and can-do attitude.

  • Able to communicate in English language skills (some customer or vendor is foreigner)

  • Ms. Office package is mandatory.

  • Knowledge in SAP system will be advantaged.

  • High ownership & accountability in role.

  • Can work 6 days/ week and onsite factory.

  • Can drive a car with license.
